Herbst IS Holding
Clearinghouse CDFI provided $5.7MM to Herbst IS Holding for the ground up construction of a self-serve fueling station, quality convenience store, and attached restaurant. Located in a rural area north of Las Vegas, the new facility will serve as the only fuel station for over 20 miles.
The restaurant will also offer sit-down dining options—one of only three—for the
local community.
Together, the new facilities will serve over 250,000 people annually, including those traveling to and from Las Vegas. This project will create 75 construction jobs and 40 full-time jobs.
