$432,000 Loan Helps Create Service-Enriched Group Home with 24/7 Care for Developmentally Disabled Individuals

Joshua Tree Home, Inc. (JTH) develops and manages assisted Enhanced Behavioral Support Homes through the California Community Placement Program (CPP) for developmentally disabled adults.

Clearinghouse CDFI financed a $432,000 fixed-rate loan for JTH to purchase and rehabilitate a single-family home into a group home for adults with severe developmental disabilities. Grant funds were also provided through the CPP.

This project will create a service-enriched living environment for four low-income, developmentally disabled individuals. JTH, in partnership with the Golden Gate Regional Center, will offer 24/7 care and a higher quality of life for residents.
