Juan Garcia Gardens offers an affordable housing solution for low-income individuals and families in the Las Vegas Valley

Clearinghouse CDFI provided $3.2 million in refinancing for Community Development Programs Center of Nevada to refinance with a lower rate and a five year term.

Clearinghouse CDFI’s loan will allow Juan Garcia Gardens to maintain the affordability of all 52 apartment units for the next 32 years. This includes affordable units designated for residents earning between 30%-60% AMI.
