PVJOBS
Playa Vista Job Opportunities and Business Services (PVJOBS) is a nonprofit organization that places local, at-risk individuals into meaningful jobs with career-track employment paying a living wage. PVJOBS partners with over 90 community-based organizations to maximize job creation, reduce social problems, and eliminate poverty in the Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
Clearinghouse CDFI provided PVJOBS with permanent financing to rehabilitate its headquarters. To date, PVJOBS has filled over 4,500 positions for job-ready candidates and currently experiences an 87% success rate for their clients.
