The strategically located hotel in Rochester, NY caters to frequent travelers, benefiting from the region’s thriving economy, diverse job market, and educational institutions. CCDFI’s financing facilitates SAI Global’s acquisition of the Marriot Rochester Airport hotel, a 7-story, full-service hotel featuring 210 rooms. Upon purchase, SAI Global plans to enhance and renovate the property to offer competitive lodging options.
