Santa Cruz Valley Regional Hospital (SCVRH) is a 49-bed acute care facility serving the rural area of Green Valley, AZ. The only hospital within 26 miles, SCVRH provides emergency and general healthcare services for numerous local retirement communities.
Clearinghouse CDFI provided $15MM in financing for SCVRH to stabilize and grow hospital operations.
SCVRH will continue accommodating the current and long-term acute care needs of Green Valley and surrounding communities, saving residents a 45-minute drive into Tucson. This project benefits 17,500 Medicare patients and 1,250 Medicaid patients annually in a rural area.
