$125,000 Refinance Preserves Affordable Housing for Low-Income Seniors and Veterans

Spring Valley Terrace (SVT) in Mayer, Arizona is a 20-unit affordable housing apartment complex managed by the non-profit Foundation for Senior Living (FSL). FSL provides therapy and health services for the many low-income senior and veteran residents who suffer from physical or mental impairments.

Clearinghouse CDFI provided $125,000 in refinancing to help preserve these 20 affordable homes for seniors and veterans who cannot otherwise live on their own. This financing will also ensure that FSL can continue offering therapy and health services to residents.
