Clearinghouse CDFI Welcomes Annie Mooney, VP of National Markets

Annie Mooney is the Vice President of National Markets with Clearinghouse CDFI. Based in Austin, Texas, she supports the company’s national expansion strategy as Clearinghouse CDFI launches operations in Texas and across the United States. Annie works directly with lending institutions, nonprofit organizations, foundations, and other national clients.

Annie brings a unique perspective to her role with Clearinghouse CDFI. She spent the early years of her career as an Underwriter at Clearinghouse CDFI’s California headquarters. The next ten years Annie spent in her hometown of Austin, Texas developing a diverse skillset in commercial real estate lending and development, investment analysis, and market planning with Frost Bank and Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas. These experiences—combined with her continual drive to develop stronger, more inclusive communities—allow Annie to quickly evaluate real estate transactions and craft customized solutions that satisfy the needs of the borrower, the lender, and the local community.
