Clearinghouse CDFI’s ‘B’ BOLD(ER) internship program, named a Best Internship Program in 2024 by Employ Humanity, invests in tomorrow’s leaders, focusing on
students from low- or moderate-income backgrounds. Our interns gain invaluable
exposure to professional settings, access to positive role models, and real-life job
skills, building a solid foundation for future success.
Since its inception in 2022, the B BOLD(ER) program has raised nearly $500,000
from bank sponsorships and has provided paid internships (plus scholarships) to 23
interns! The program is growing from California into Arizona and will continue to
expand nationwide.
