Meet Kian Lawrence, 2025 ‘B’ BOLD(ER) Intern
We’re thrilled to welcome Kian Lawrence to Clearinghouse CDFI as part of our 2025 ‘B’ BOLD(ER) Internship Program—a talent-building initiative designed to foster economic empowerment, job readiness, and leadership among emerging professionals who are passionate about market-driven community solutions.
About Kian
Kian is currently a senior at the University of Southern California, where he’s majoring in Business Administration with a focus on Finance. With his eyes set on a future in finance, wealth management, or real estate development, Kian was drawn to the B BOLD(ER) program to gain real-world experience at a mission-driven financial institution.
Kian brings a dynamic background to the team, including experience in real estate analysis, hospitality, camp counseling, and even boating logistics. Outside of work, Kian keeps life exciting. He’s a semi-professional soccer player, oddly great at ping pong, and has a deep love for sushi.
Kian’s Internship Role
This summer, he’ll be working closely with Citizens Business Bank, assisting with data analysis, special projects, and operational support.
“My goal is to build a career in finance or real estate investment,” says Kian. “This internship stood out because of its focus on community development and real-world impact.”
