Eight Duplex Portfolio

Clearinghouse CDFI’s Real Estate Company (CREC) purchases and invests in real estate assets to revitalize & improve underserved communities.

CREC recently acquired eight duplexes located in South Los Angeles. CREC will offer quality property management for homes, which serve as rental housing for low- and moderate-income families. Tenants include Section 8 recipients and a transitional housing entity. This 8 duplex portfolio is CREC’s first investment.
