As the Community Development Officer, he designs and oversees a comprehensive CRA program that serves the credit needs of the company’s assessment areas. Mr. Dunn serves on the boards and committees of several additional organizations: NeighborWorks of Orange County, Affordable Housing Clearinghouse, Los Angeles Conservation Corps, National Asian American Coalition, OC Human Relations Advisory, Mary Erickson Community Housing, Small Business Financial Development Corporation of Orange County, and Junior Achievement. Mr. Walsh is a 37-year veteran in the banking industry. He joined as President of Partners Bank of California in 2018. Mr. Walsh also founded Blue Gate Bank in 2016, and previously served as President/CEO of Sunwest Bank. Under his leadership, Sunwest Bank more than tripled in asset size. He has also contributed many volunteer hours to charitable organizations. Mr. Walsh graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
