Currently retired, he serves as a Community Development Consultant.  Mr. Dunn serves on the boards and committees of several organizations: Mary Erickson Community Housing (Chairman of the Board), Small Business Financial Development Corporation of Orange County (Chairman of the Board), and The Capital Corps (Advisory Board member).  Mr. Dunn is very passionate about giving back to the community.

Mr. Riley is the President and CEO of Foothills Bank, the Arizona division of Glacier Bank. Mr. Riley was previously the President and CEO of State Bank of Arizona until it merged with Foothills Bank in February 2020. Mr. Riley has a BS in Finance from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, an MBA from Calfornia Baptist University, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership.

Mr. Walsh is a 37-year veteran in the banking industry. He served as President of Partners Bank of California from 2018-2023. Mr. Walsh also founded Blue Gate Bank in 2016, and previously served as President/CEO of Sunwest Bank. Under his leadership, Sunwest Bank more than tripled in asset size. He has also contributed many volunteer hours to charitable organizations. Mr. Walsh graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
