Currently retired, he serves as a Community Development Consultant.  Mr. Dunn serves on the boards and committees of several organizations: Mary Erickson Community Housing (Chairman of the Board), Small Business Financial Development Corporation of Orange County (Chairman of the Board), and The Capital Corps (Advisory Board member).  Mr. Dunn is very passionate about giving back to the community.

As President and CEO of Innovative Housing Opportunities (IHO), Ms. Mills is responsible for guiding IHO’s vision and building the portfolio of high-quality housing with services and economic empowerment opportunities. During her tenure with IHO, she has seen the company grow its portfolio 350% with another 500 units in the pipeline since she took the helm. Ms. Mills was named one of Bisnow’s Orange County Power Women in 2019. She currently serves on the boards of The Kennedy Commission, California Association of Local Housing Finance Agencies (Cal-ALHFA), and Arts for LA. Ms. Mills is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis with a BS in Architecture.

Mr. Riley is the President and CEO of Foothills Bank, the Arizona division of Glacier Bank. Mr. Riley was previously the President and CEO of State Bank of Arizona until it merged with Foothills Bank in February 2020. Mr. Riley has a BS in Finance from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, an MBA from Calfornia Baptist University, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership.

Mr. Walsh is a 37-year veteran in the banking industry. He joined as President of Partners Bank of California in 2018. Mr. Walsh also founded Blue Gate Bank in 2016, and previously served as President/CEO of Sunwest Bank. Under his leadership, Sunwest Bank more than tripled in asset size. He has also contributed many volunteer hours to charitable organizations. Mr. Walsh graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.

She holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business, her M.S. degree in CED from Southern New Hampshire University.

Mr. Pacheco also serves on the Board of Directors (Treasurer) of Special Services for Groups. Mr. Pacheco has been an active Clearinghouse CDFI Board Member since 2000 and also serves on the Loan and Asset Review Committees.

Mr. Rebal was in commercial banking for 38 years. Mr. Rebal was involved in many aspects of commercial banking and indirect auto finance, including risk management, special assets, relationship management, credit administration, commercial real estate appraisal, and CRA compliance. He serves on the Board of Directors for Clearinghouse CDFI and is a member Compensation Committee. Previously, Mr. Rebal was co-founder of Nano Banc and California Republic Bank. Mr. Rebal is a graduate of the Marshall School of Business at USC in 1983.
