Clearinghouse CDFI is pleased to announce the promotion of Amanda Virrey to Director of Development. This newly created leadership role helps guide the organization’s expanding Opportunity Zone platform and broader development initiatives.
Amanda has been with Clearinghouse CDFI for 16 years and has contributed to the organization’s growth across multiple areas of the company. Her promotion reflects both her experience and Clearinghouse CDFI’s continued focus on expanding its development platform and Opportunity Zone activities.
Leading the Development Platform
In her role, Amanda leads the launch and ongoing management of Clearinghouse CDFI’s Development platform. This includes raising capital for a new Opportunity Zone fund and helping direct investments into high-impact projects in Opportunity Zone communities nationwide.
Amanda supervises the Opportunity Development Manager and works closely with internal teams throughout the life of each project, from early planning through closing and long-term oversight. Her role also includes ongoing coordination with investment and development partners connected to Opportunity Zone projects nationwide.
As Clearinghouse CDFI continues to grow its development capabilities, Amanda’s leadership helps shape the direction of the platform and supports projects that create long-term community impact.
