Clearinghouse CDFI is pleased to welcome Cassandra Salazar as Human Resources Generalist. In this role, she helps advance the organization’s human resources operations and employee experience while contributing to the systems and processes that keep employees connected and supported.
Supporting Employees and Operations
In her role as Human Resources Generalist, Cassandra works closely with staff throughout the organization and serves as a resource for day-to-day HR needs. Her role helps foster a workplace environment where team members feel supported and informed.
Prior to joining Clearinghouse CDFI, Cassandra held roles in human resources and employee operations across regulated business environments. Throughout her career, she has worked directly with employees and leadership teams, helping organizations adapt to changing operational needs while maintaining consistency in day-to-day HR functions. That experience brings a practical understanding of the people and systems that support organizational success.
A member of the administrative team, she joined Clearinghouse CDFI in spring 2026 under the leadership of Chief Administrative Officer Kathy Bonney.
