Clearinghouse CDFI Congratulates Annie Norwood,
Director of Loan Production
Based in Austin, TX, Annie Norwood has been promoted to Director of Loan Production with Clearinghouse CDFI (CCDFI). In her new role, Annie directs and manages all aspects of lending and loan marketing. This includes managing a team of Business Development Officers to support loan production growth and CCDFI’s strategic expansion across the U.S. She manages a wide variety of contacts for lending efforts including community outreach, municipal and government relations, and networking with private citizens, investors, Banks, for-profit developers and non-profit organizations. Annie’s passion for building inclusive communities and bridging the housing gap has been an invaluable asset to Clearinghouse CDFI. As an Austin, TX native, Annie enjoys live music, hiking, and spending time with her family.
Since joining Clearinghouse CDFI in 2021, Annie’s expertise in commercial real estate lending and development has helped establish Clearinghouse CDFI’s footprint in Texas and paved our way across the nation. Under the guidance of Chief Credit Officer, Kristy Ollendorff, Annie is set to lead our loan production team with a keen focus on empowering our borrowers and extending our reach to underserved communities.
