Brilliant Corners is a nonprofit organization that cultivates safe and accessible housing for individuals with developmental disabilities and special needs. These individuals—often low- income and facing homelessness—benefit from specialized care in Brilliant Corners’ home-like living environments.
Clearinghouse CDFI provided $600,000 in financing for Brilliant Corners to acquire a single-family home in Sheridan, CA for use as supportive housing.
The newly renovated home will offer enhanced behavioral support for 4 adults with developmental disabilities. 24-hour care and a secure, service enriched living environment will be provided for residents.
