Iglesia de Dios El Shaddai provides religious services and food distribution services to over 150 members in Oakland, a majority of which are very low-income families. They have served the local community for over 10 years.
Clearinghouse CDFI provided a $975,000 loan for Iglesia de Dios El Shaddai to purchase and acquire a new church headquarters.
The new facility will allow Iglesia de Dios El Shaddai to continue serving the local community and expand its annual reach to an additional 65 individuals.
