$1.9 Million in Financing for Construction of a New Retail Center
Clearinghouse CDFI provided $1.9 million in financing for the construction of a new retail center in Tolleson, Arizona. The new center, which will house four affordable fast food franchises, will bring new jobs and services to the developing West Valley area.
Construction of this new retail center is expected to create 67 construction jobs, 34 part-time jobs, and 40 full-time jobs.
