Palindrome Communities, LLC – Oliver Station

Oliver Station is a new, mixed-use development located in Portland, Oregon. It includes 126 units of affordable rental housing and 29,500 square feet of commercial space. Sponsored by Palindrome Communities, LLC, Oliver Station brought housing and jobs to a severely distressed area of the city.

Clearinghouse CDFI provided $6.15 million in financing for the development of Oliver Station. The new, mixed-use property provides affordable housing options for Portland’s low-income residents and established several commercial retail spaces for local businesses.
