Charter School Development Corporation / Santa Fe South Charter School

Charter School Development Corporation (CSDC) is a non-profit which provides support for charter school development. CSDC plans to acquire and redevelop Santa Fe South Charter School (SFS), a K-12 charter school serving over 2,400 students in Oklahoma City. While many public schools struggle with over-crowding and low ratings, SFS remains among the few schools with a consistently outstanding state report card.

Clearinghouse CDFI provided a $6.68 million NMTC leveraged loan to CSDC for the rehabilitation of SFS. The new 100,000 square foot building will offer administrative offices, new furniture and fixtures, and renovated outdoor and common areas for students. Expansion of SFS will allow for additional student enrollment to address over-crowding issues faced by local public schools.
