Youth Development, Inc. – Albuquerque, NM

Youth Development, Inc. (YDI) is a non-profit organization providing youth and family services to low-income individuals in Albuquerque, New Mexico. These services include early childhood education and child care, alternative education, job training and placement, mental and behavioral health services, homeless assistance, mentoring, family development, and family counseling services. YDI works to fight against poverty and the effects poverty has on the community.

Clearinghouse CDFI provided a $471,000 long-term loan to Youth Development Inc. for refinancing of an existing loan to a lower interest rate.

Clearinghouse CDFI’s refinancing will support the organization’s headquarters where administrative operations take place. These operations provide ongoing support for each of the social services YDI provides to underserved individuals in and around Albuquerque.
