About Dalysha
Dalysha is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Arizona Western College. As a first-generation college student and future business leader, Dalysha brings a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a commitment to responsible growth, and a drive to create tangible value in every space she joins.
Her Internship Focus
Dalysha is interning with a local Clearinghouse CDFI partner, at Foothills Bank in Yuma City, AZ, contributing to operations that uphold transparent stewardship and internal cohesion. Her role includes:
• Learning about small business money management
• Assisting in financial planning for affordable housing projects
• Contributing to internal initiatives that reinforce her accountability
What’s Next
Dalysha plans to leverage this internship experience as a launchpad for long-term impact. Her goal is to pursue a leadership path that combines strategic thinking with service-minded action, helping organizations strengthen their internal operations while contributing to broader economic vitality.
