Clearinghouse CDFI provided $7.4 million in Windsong at Eola Hills memory care financing to support the acquisition of a specialized assisted living and memory care facility in Salem, OR. This project ensures continued delivery of essential long-term care services while expanding access to residents who require secure, supportive environments for conditions such as Alzheimer’s and dementia.
Located in a CDFI Qualified Investment Area, Windsong at Eola Hills offers 116 assisted living beds and 56 memory care beds. With a commitment to serving both private-pay and Medicaid-supported residents, the facility supports broader efforts to maintain a stable, inclusive healthcare infrastructure in the region.
The property provides a wide range of community amenities designed to promote safety, dignity, and enrichment for its residents—including a secured building, salon, chapel, arts and crafts space, library, game room, fitness center, and transportation services. Situated near a skilled nursing facility, it plays an important role in Salem’s larger continuum of care, allowing families to access the right level of support when and where it’s needed.
This investment not only preserves capacity at an existing trusted provider, but also strengthens access to essential care through sustainable, community-based solutions.
