Clearinghouse CDFI provided a $195,000 loan to Barrazas F&F Company, LLC for a small business owner to acquire 100% ownership of her Arizona property.
Located in the border town of San Luis, the building hosts two tenants—an insurance company and a dental clinic. Clearinghouse CDFI’s loan will maintain local building ownership and allow both tenants to continue serving the local low-income population.
Border Financial Resources also provided a 10% loan participation and helped facilitate the lending process.
